Shipping Policy

Merch House is a New Zealand-based custom printing business. Many of our products are printed or personalised to order, so please allow time for your order to be produced before it is dispatched.

New Zealand Shipping

Standard shipping within New Zealand is $10.

Free shipping is available on orders of $110 or more.

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, estimated delivery is generally 3–5 business days. Rural deliveries may take longer.

Custom Orders & Processing Times

Custom and personalised products require production time before shipping. Production times can vary depending on the product, quantity and complexity of your order.

If you need an order by a particular date, please contact Merch House before ordering so we can confirm whether your timeframe is possible.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to selected countries. Shipping costs and available delivery options will be shown at checkout where applicable. International delivery times vary by destination, and customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges.
